Titanium¡¯s high corrosion resistance is also a valuable characteristic, as when exposed to the atmosphere, titanium forms a tight, tenacious oxide film that resists many corrosive materials, particularly salt water.

Titanium alloy, TA7(Ti-5Al-2.5Sn),TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)and Ti-2.5Zr-1.5Mo, the intensity are increasing while the temperature is lowed, there is no obviously changeable from the out shape. Between -196-253¡æ, titanium alloy can keep good ductility, and there is no metal brittlement, so it is more suitable for Cryogenic temperature cases and storage box.

No magnetic characteristic , so it can't be magneticed by the magnetic field, also it is innocuous and can be easily consistent with blood, they can be widely utilized in medical fields.

The ratio of tensile and yield strength is high, which proves that the change of titanium alloy is very small while forming the shape, because big ratio data of titanium yield limit and ductility, which fruits outstanding ductility .
¢à Outstanding Thermal Conductivity Characteristic
Heat transfer modulus is lower than Carbon steel and copper ,but for the good corrosion resistance capacity, so the wall thickness can be much thinner than other metals, and the cooling way of thermal conductivity is dropped cold, reducing the heat resistance, improving the thermal conductivity better.
¢á Low Modulus of Elasticity Characteristic
In normal temperature, the elasticity is only 106.4GMpa, 57 percent than the steel.

Titanium is a very active metal element, which is easily to proceed the chemistry experiments ,also the inspiratory characteristics are easily to be active with the other elements , including the elements as Carbon ,Nitrogen, Hydrogen and oxygen.
